Principle of operation:

The solenoid valve, using an electric impulse (12V), allows you to switch control between two independently operating double-acting actuators. This is an ideal solution when we have a hydraulic distributor in which all available sections are already used, and suddenly there is a need to control a new, additional actuator.

In the TUR loader, this device allows control from one section in the bucket distributor and a bale grabber or crocodile. Switching between controls is done using a button. It can be mounted near the distributor or directly on the control element, e.g. on a lever or on a joystick.

The solenoid valve allows you to control two actuators, but it does not allow you to control them simultaneously. The work should be performed on the first actuator, and then we switch to controlling the second actuator.

Control:

Two-position slider (1 - 2), on a spring, i.e. it returns to the neutral position on its own after cutting off the power supply. While the slider is in the neutral position (1), it is possible to control actuator no. 1.

Principle of slider operation:

Position 1 neutral (current supply to the coil is cut off) possibility of controlling the actuator No. 1.

Working position 2 (power supply to the coil), ability to control actuator No. 2.
