The teeth of the Waryński loader were made by die forging, which ensures high shape repeatability and load resistance. Our products have been dynamically and statically tested during many field tests.

The teeth were designed in accordance with engineering art in a 3D program, including stress simulation using the finite element method.

Waryński teeth work perfectly with dedicated Waryński bushings.

The tooth's correct installation in the sleeve and its perfect positioning on the sleeve have a significant impact on the life of the tooth. If the sleeve shows obvious signs of wear, replace it too.
