Molex Mini-Fit TPA 2 Cable AssembliesMini-Fit TPA 2 cable assemblies in a range of cable lengths terminated either end with a Mini-Fit 4.2 mm pitch female power connector with TPA (Terminal Position Assurance). These Mini-Fit TPA 2 connector cable assemblies are constructed using UL1061 discrete wires to help make design, prototyping and production easier. The wires are multi-coloured to assist with correct connection. These cable assemblies feature pin to pin mapping from the receptacle to the PCB header which reduces engineering time and costs. The Mini-Fit TPA 2 power connectors have fully isolated contacts which are protected against damage caused by mishandling and mating. A TPA retainer with a secondary locking feature holds the contacts securely in place and reduces terminal back-outs. A positive lock on the connector ensures that the cable assembly is securely attached to the mating connector preventing accidental unmating due to vibration or mishandling.
