WHAT IT'S MADE FROM EXTENSION PERFORMED ?Material:

EPDM - elastomer based on ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (commonly called rubber))

This material is characterized by very good resistance to aging, which is extremely important in the case of constant influence of changing atmospheric factors.

The application temperature is from -50 degrees C to +130 C.

EPDM is also resistant to hot water.

FAST + EASY INSTALLATION! How to install the extension?

You can install our extension yourself. All you need is a screwdriver, measuring tape and screws (included).

<, - - - - - - - - The drawing below shows the dimensions and the method of screwing the product to the wheel arch.

Installation involves screwing the extensions to the original fender lip - to its bottom part, using metal screws.

The screws are mounted in coaxially prepared holes in the rubber and the material from which the fender is made. It is recommended to use screws with an integrated washer.

A properly installed K45 widening adheres precisely to the wheel arch surface with its upper lip (it is necessary to press the rubber against the wheel arch during drilling the holes and final assembly).

We sell the widening 'by the meter', so it is worth measuring it yourself the length of the wheel arches and add a few centimeters 'on top'.

What can I use to cut the extension?

Our extension is made of hard rubber, which can be easily cut with a wallpaper knife.

No. The universality of our extensions allows them to be installed in various vehicles: off-road cars, trucks, agricultural vehicles and quads.
