    MPQ4323 42V Synchronous Step-Down Converters Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4323 42V Synchronous Step-Down Converters are frequency-configurable (350kHz to 2.5MHz) step-down switching regulators. These devices feature integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The MPQ4323 regulators provide 3A of highly efficient output current with peak current mode control. The wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage range and 42V load dump tolerance accommodate a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. The MPQ4323 synchronous step-down converters offer a 1μA shutdown current (ISD) for battery-powered applications.
