TPS54331/TPS54331-Q1 SWIFT™ DC/DC Converter Texas Instruments TPS54331/TPS54331-Q1 SWIFT™ DC/DC Converter integrates an 80mΩ Rds(on) high side MOSFET and features a pulse-skipping Eco-mode™ for increased efficiency at light loads. The TI device's 1µA shutdown supply current allows the device to be used in battery-power applications. The Texas Instruments TPS54331/TPS54331-Q1 offers a 3.5V to 28V input voltage range, adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V, and fixed 570 kHz switching frequency. This DC/DC converter is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including industrial and car audio power supplies. The TPS54331-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
