These metal oxide varistors are available in various lead forms and are rated for ambient temperatures up to +85°C with no derating. The lead-free, 14mm varistors can operate at temperatures up to +125°C and are characterized for maximum standby current (leakage). These features make the Littelfuse 14mm UltraMOV varistor series ideal for AC line voltage applications, LED lighting applications, and more.
