Antenna PowerGuard Low Capacitance Varistors KYOCERA AVX Antenna PowerGuard (AP) Low Capacitance Varistors offer an 18VDC to 70VDC working voltage range, ultra-low capacitance, and energy ratings. The AP components provide tighter capacitance tolerances and improved ESD energy ratings. These varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications and designed for RF circuits, sensors, high-speed lines, optic circuits, and capacitance-sensitive applications. The KYOCERA AVX AP Varistors are available in 1.5pf, 2.0pf, and 3.3pfd with capacitance tolerances as tight as 0.5pfd. These tighter tolerances offer confidence that circuits will always perform the same from batch to batch while fully maintaining signal integrity. The ability to handle more significant transients makes the Antenna PowerGuard series useful in applications where tight tolerances, low capacitances, and high levels of ESD protection are required.
