Description
High-Temperature Automotive Varistors KYOCERA AVX High-Temperature Automotive Varistors offer bidirectional protection and are AEC-Q200 qualified. The VTA AEC-Q200-qualified multilayer varistors allow designers to combine the circuit protection and EMI/RFI attenuation function into a single highly reliable device. The VTA series is tested, qualified, and specified for temperatures up to +175°C with no derating, and offers varistors with FLEXITERM® technology that provides up to 5mm of flexure without internal cracking. The VGAH series features a +150°C maximum temperature and is available in larger sizes than the VT series. The VGAH varistors are glass-encapsulated, providing enhanced resistance against harsh environments.
