UTB Maintenance Log

In accordance with the regulations, the Maintenance Log is used to record all inspections and repairs of lifting equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, lifts, cranes.

In accordance with the Technical Inspection Act of December 21, 2000, from August 2003 above the devices are subject to technical supervision. Users of this type of devices are obliged to keep a Maintenance Log, separately for each of them.

Its content meets the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection.

Made on excellent paper in offset printing.

Front and back cover on stiff, glossy coated paper.

Dimensions the books are 14 cm by 21 cm.

Inside there are 32 pages for recording repairs and other types of depreciation.

You can order any number of pieces, as well as create your own pattern (when ordering a minimum of 100 pieces).

We issue invoices at the customer's request.
