The switch features off-protection for current leakage in power-down mode, ESD protection, and low power consumption. The PI3USB4000DZUAEX switch includes C0+/C0- pins that can tolerate up to 24V and Over Voltage Protection (OVP) that is implemented at 4.75V. The switch operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and stored at 60°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The PI3USB4000DZUAEX switch offers a 2.7V to 5.5V wide supply voltage range and 0V to 5.5V wide input voltage range. This switch functions at 1GHz wide bandwidth, 35µA low power consumption, and 0.25ns low propagation delay.
