The F1x92 has a patented settable-gain feature for use in various radio card applications. These devices have a fixed BOM with all internal matching for extremely wide RF and IF bandwidths. These mixers can function at -6dBm LO power with independent channel shutdown modes for integration into high-order TDD MIMO systems.
