The product has been subjected to numerous durability tests, e.g. a salt spray test lasting up to 500 hours, demonstrating its corrosion resistance. The device is based on point LEDs, of which there are four. When placed in one row, they generate an incredibly strong and focused beam of light which, falling on the ground, creates a red sign warning employees about an approaching vehicle. Its intensity (luminosity) is 4000cd, so it will be impossible to miss it. The LED cover is made of impact-resistant, solid polycarbonate. The electronic system hidden in a minimalist housing is cooled by a radiator placed at the back. This lamp has successfully passed electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests, which determine the ability of electrical or electronic devices to operate correctly in a specific electromagnetic environment by achieving an appropriate level of immunity and limiting the emission of disturbances that are not tolerated by other operating devices.

The lamp is resistant to overvoltages and changes in the power grid, electrostatic discharges, radio waves and other electromagnetic phenomena. The IP69K protection level of VL4RedLine is used in situations when lamps require high-pressure cleaning at high temperatures. An example is agricultural machinery, where the lamps mounted on them are exposed to contact with dirt and fertilizers, and after field work is completed, they are frequently washed under high pressure. TYRI VL4RedLine have built-in temperature sensor circuits that reduce power output to regulate light temperature. This prevents damage to the LEDs, which could cause them to fail prematurely.
