These suppressors are available in unidirectional and bidirectional with excellent clamping capability and a fast response time. Vishay TRANSZORB Transient Voltage Suppressors meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C. These devices are designed to protect against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
