SC1533-01LTG Bidirectional TVS SPA® Diode Array Littelfuse SC1533-01LTG Bidirectional TVS SPA® Diode Array utilizes a proprietary silicon avalanche technology and provides a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The SC1533-01LTG TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, the diode array can safely dissipate a 15A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd Edition. Applications include appliances, POS terminals, battery protection, medical equipment, computer peripherals, notebooks / desktops / servers, switches / buttons, and test equipment / instrumentation.
