PJMBZ ESD Protection Diodes PANJIT PJMBZ ESD Protection Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against ESD and prevent latch-up events. These diodes are dual Zener ESD/Transient protectors with a common cathode and come with a typical reverse breakdown voltage in the range of 5.6V to 33V. The combination of a dual device protects up to two data lines in a single package, providing extra board space. The PJMBZ ESD protection diodes are available in automotive grade and are majorly used in CAN and LIN bus. These PJMBZ TVS diodes are used in data transmission line ports, computer monitor interface port protection, portable consumer electronics, communication systems, and instrumentation equipment.
