SP31xE TVS Diode Arrays Littelfuse SP31xE TVS Diode Arrays are 0.3pF, 30kV ultra-low capacitance bidirectional diodes with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection. These diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV without performance degradation and dissipate a surge current in 8/20μs waveform. The SP31xE TVS diode arrays are designed with a low leakage current of 1nA typical and operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These diodes are halogen-free, lead-free, RoHS compliant, and rated at Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL-1). Typical applications include USB 2.0, USB 3.0, RF signal ESD protection, RF switching, and Near Field Communications (NFC).
