SP3422 Four Lines Low Cap TVS Diode Arrays Littelfuse SP3422 TVS Diode Arrays protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD) strikes above the maximum ±8kV contact discharge level set by IEC 61000-4-2 standards. These Littelfuse 1mm x 0.6mm diode arrays use four channels of ultra-low capacitance (0.2pF) plus a fifth Zener diode to absorb repetitive destructive ESD without performance drops. The halogen-free SP3422 diode array has a low leakage current of 20nA (typical) at 5V and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C. The rail-to-rail TVS diode arrays are ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins including V-by-One®, USB2.0 and 3.0, and IEEE 1394.
