AQ0502 Unidirectional TVS Diode Arrays Littelfuse AQ0502 Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode Arrays offer 5V reverse standoff voltage and low 1pF capacitance at 1MHz in SOT523-3L or SOT723-3L packaging. These two-channel unidirectional SPA® diodes provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±22kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 2.5A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition). Other features include a low leakage current of 1nA, RoHS compliance, and a -40°C to +150°C operating temperature range. Littelfuse AQ0502 Unidirectional TVS Diode Arrays are also AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
