ESDx/SZESD9x/UESDx Transient Voltage Suppressors onsemi ESDx/SZESD9x/UESDx Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed to protect voltage sensitive components from ESD. Excellent clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response time provide excellent protection on designs that are exposed to ESD. The ESDx/SZESD9x/UESDx suppressors are constructed by a thermosetting plastic and feature body height of maximum 0.43mm. These suppressors are flammability rating UL94V-0 and RoHS compliant, PPAP capable, and feature moisture sensitivity level-1 standard. Other features include less than 1ns typical response time and 3.3V to 12V of stand-off voltage. The SZ prefix is used for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements. Applications include cellular phones, MP3 players, digital camera, and portable applications.
