If the traction battery is manufactured in a bolted version, it may be necessary to tighten the screws, which must always be done with an appropriate torque wrench of recommended tightening force (25Nm).

Proper tightening of the screws is very important.

Too loosely tightened may cause:

- overheating of the connector,

- sparking,

- damage to the cell,

- burning of the connector,

- explosion of the cell (battery).

Tightened too tightly may cause:

- damage to the cell post,
