Single-acting hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder works perfectly in hydraulically powered machines and devices.

The main application of this actuator is the D-35 trailer, where two such actuators enable side tipping.

It is also used for renovations and production of trailers with similar characteristics (e.g. D-47).

Maybe be used in agriculture, horticulture, forestry and construction.

A word about telescopesTelescopic cylinders consist of several successively extending segments - chrome-plated cylindrical sleeves. This allows for a large actuator extension compared to its total length when folded. Telescopes are single-acting actuators. The extension begins by supplying hydraulic oil under pressure. The return of the actuator is caused by the action of the distributor, which releases the pressure from the system - the fall occurs by gravity, most often under the influence of the weight of the load box. To prevent damage to the sleeve protection caused by excessive pressure in the maximum extension of the actuator, a protection device (rope, hydraulic or electric shut-off valve) should be used. .

A well-selected actuator located in the center of the structure ensures an angle of inclination of the load box between 40 and 45 degrees.
