    Description
    LTO Power Resistors Vishay / Sfernice LTO Power Resistors are available in 30W, 50W, and 100W, feature direct mounting ceramic on a heatsink, and are non-inductive. These thick film resistors offer high energy capability from 20J up to 60J for 0.1s pulse. The TO-220 and TO-247 series offer compact, easy-to-mount packaging. These T-220 series features 20W, high power dissipation to size ratio, heatsink mounted, and negligible inductance. The T-220 series also features 50W adjusted by sand trimming, high power-to-size ratio, led or surface mount versions, and non-inductive element. The LTO100 series offers 100W, a resistance range from 0.015Ω to 1MΩ, and TO-247 package. The Vishay LTO150 series features 150W, a resistance range from 0.03R to 1.3M, and a TO-247 package.
