1 - Teflon a surface that significantly improves lubrication with a thickness of 0.01-0.03 mm. After the rolling process, the PTFE mixtures are filled with bronze layers in the gap. During normal operation, some of the PTFE mixture on the top layer will be removed and transferred to the mating surface, creating a physically lubricating film that will reduce the coefficient of friction.
