Item description:

A set of products for gluing photovoltaic panels on the roofs of campers, trailers, boats, etc.

The offer applies to:

Sikaflex® 252 300ml white glue - 1 pc

Plastic adhesive applicator - 1 pc

Sika Primer 207 10 ml black with applicator - 1 pc

Boll degreasing cloth - 1 pc

Abrasive non-woven fabric, thickness 1500-2000 20x15cm - 1 pc

How to use:

Remove loose surfaces and clean mechanically (old varnish, adhesives, etc.)

Degreasing cloth - degrease and pre-clean the glued surfaces

Abrasive non-woven cloth - matt the glued surfaces and wipe again with the cloth

Sika® Primer-207 - apply adhesion improving primer to both bonded surfaces and wait min. 10 min (at 23°C, longer below this temperature)

Sikaflex® - 252 - apply glue to one surface and press the other.

Leave the elements glued for about 1 day at 23°C, at lower temperatures correspondingly longer , during this time, do not move the vehicle or carry out any other work so as not to transfer vibrations to the glued surfaces.

Note: the above procedure should be performed in the temperature range from 15°C to 25°C. It is very important to prepare the surface before gluing. Bonding should be entrusted to professionals with experience in this type of work. Despite the selection of proven agents, the glued surfaces may be made or covered with materials that are difficult to glue, so tests should be carried out. For safety, you should also check the glue joints from time to time to see if they are loosening.

All technical data are indicative values, we recommend carrying out tests before final use. Brand new product from Polish distribution, the packaging may differ slightly from the one presented in the photo.
