The innovativeness of the invention lies in the use of a unique solution on a global scale, on the basis of which a patent for the invention was obtained. In addition, the flexible mounting bracket is characterized by: - Universal use. With just this one holder you can attach any object of any shape. Additionally, the item can be mounted vertically or horizontally, depending on the user's needs. The holder can be mounted anywhere, at any place, time and conditions.

- Manufacturing technology used. Flexible Handle is made of a special elastomer. It has high tensile strength and shape memory. Thanks to the use of elastomers, the product is very flexible, stretches to large sizes and easily returns to its original shape. Additionally, the silicone material used is safe to use and ensures that the handle grips the surface well, protecting the object against shifting, etc. The elastomer also has compression resistance and elastic properties, which absorbs shocks when holding objects.

The subject of the innovation (invention) is a flexible mounting holder in the form of an elastic band, which can be used to attach electronic devices such as a telephone, smartphone, tablet, satellite navigation receiver, camera, flashlight, mug. and any other subject. The mounting bracket according to the invention can be used especially as a solution to the problem of attaching electronic devices to bicycles or other means of transport. The holder according to the invention can also be used to mount baby strollers, boats and all types of handrails. The flexibility of the product according to the invention makes it especially suitable as a sports accessory useful while cycling, running or hiking. The device can also be used as a fastener to other devices and handheld items, which makes it universal.

So far, the fasteners used and commonly known are in the form of an elastic band, usually made of rubber or flexible silicone. In known solutions, the handle has the form of a rectangular strip with longitudinal notches at the ends. Attaching to the tube is done by wrapping the tube with a handle and then threading one of the ends through the longitudinal cutout located on the opposite end of the handle, which tightens the handle around the tube. The cutouts are then placed on both sides of the device to be mounted. The disadvantages of known solutions are the instability of the mounted device, limited size of the mounted device and slipping of the handle ends caused by vibrations generated while driving or traveling. Moreover, the inconvenience is that part of the display of the mounted device is covered by the mounting elements. The holder according to the invention solves the above inconveniences by using an innovative system of holder arms. The essence of the handle according to the invention is its shape in the form of two letters "Y" connected by bases and providing the handle with a transverse slot through which the opposite pair of arms is threaded, preferably after folding them. Each of the four arms of the band is equipped with an oblong hole that slides onto the corners of the mounted device. The "Y"-shaped arms enable the installation of devices with a wider width than before, e.g. with a shape similar to a square, or with another, fanciful shape, which increases the universality of the invention. Additionally, the "Y"-shaped arms enable precise and accurate grip of the corner parts of the fastened object. This solution prevents the object from sliding out of the holder, and also minimizes the restriction of the readability of the screen of the mounted device by covering it with a narrow strip of mounting arms only in the corner parts. Separating the horizontal slot for mounting the clamp to the surface from the longitudinal eye holes located on the arms improves the stability of the mounted handle. It is advantageous to provide the handle according to the invention with a double-sided narrowing located between the central section and one of the pairs of arms opposite the transverse slot. The double-sided tapered fragment of the central part of the handle, located at the base of one of the pairs of handle arms, prevents the arms from sliding out after they are threaded through the transverse slot.

Optionally, the flexible mounting handle according to the invention is equipped with protuberances in the middle section in the contact area with the mounted device to stabilize the support. flat objects such as a phone or tablet, which has a positive effect on its stability in relation to the band, regardless of the shape and form of the mounted device. At the same time, these protuberances create at least one recess between them for stabilizing round, oval or cylindrical objects, such as, for example, a cup, pen, flashlight, camera. It is advisable to provide the holder according to the invention in its central section, from the bottom, on the in the section of contact with the element to which the handle is attached, for example in the section surrounding the tube constituting the handlebar of the bicycle, into convex transverse profiles, at least one of which has a semicircular indentation with a radius essentially corresponding to the curvature of the surface to which the handle is attached. Thanks to the profiling, the handle adheres more precisely and firmly to the mounting base. Especially the semi-circular indentation combined with the flexibility of the handle material significantly improves the adhesion of the band to the ground (e.g. to bicycle handlebars, railings, handrails). The advantage of the handle according to the invention is its versatility and the possibility of being used for various types of devices, in particular it enables installation objects with increased width, similar to a square shape, for example a satellite navigation receiver or a tablet. The design of the holder with four ends equipped with holes, combined with the flexibility of the material, also allows the attachment of objects with unusual shapes, such as polygon, rhombus, oval, cone or cylinder. The holder according to the invention also allows you to change the position of the attached object to vertical or horizontal position. Due to the separation of the fastened object from the element to which it is attached, e.g. a pipe or handrail, with a handle layer, the fastened object is not exposed to bumping against the surface to which it is attached. The object comes into contact only with the flexible handle, which dampens vibrations. The attached object, on the other hand, avoids impacts or rubbing against the hard element to which it is attached.

In addition, the structure of the handle allows for increased stability of both the attachment of the device to the clamp and the clamp to the ground, while maintaining ease of assembly and disassembly of both the handle itself and the fastened object. devices. Additionally, the flexibility of the materials from which the handle is made allows it to be rolled up and easily carried or hidden, and also has a positive effect on damping vibrations and absorbing shocks transmitted to the mounted device.
