PA6-G + Oil - Cast polyamide filled with lubricant.

This material has been specially prepared for use as moving parts of machines not subject to lubrication. The lubricant used here (mineral oil or solid grease - depending on the color) causes a significant reduction in the friction coefficient compared to the basic PA6-G form. Abrasion resistance is also significantly increased. Typical places of application for this material are plain bearings, bushings, sliding inserts, chain guides, gears and sprockets, sprockets and pulleys.
