Other features include a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, a start-up time of 10mS, 15pF CMOS output load, and 6.0mA maximum current consumption. The ECS ECS-TXO-3225MV oscillators come in a 3.2mm x 2.5mm x 1.2mm ceramic package and are compatible with a 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V power supply.
