POSCAP™ TQC Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors Panasonic POSCAP™ TQC Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are ideal for high voltage, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), and low-profile applications. These capacitors are most suitable as a bypass capacitor on a 12V motor driver or the input side of a DC-DC converter. The TQC series is available in B2, D2, D12, D15, D15E, and D3L size codes in dimensions ranging from 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm to 7.3mm x 4.3mm x 2.8mm. Other features include a 16V to 35V rated voltage range, 3.9μF to 220μF capacitance range, 40mΩ to 400mΩ ESR, and 0.5A to 1.8A rated ripple current.
