MYC-Y6ULX-V2 CPU Modules MYIR Tech MYC-Y6ULX-V2 CPU Modules feature a system-on-module (SoM) covered with a shield and powered by the NXP i.MX6UltraLite/6ULL processor based on the Arm® Cortex®-A7 architecture. The SoM has a choice of G2 and Y2 sub family processors running at 528MHz and integrated with 256MB DDR3 and 256MB NAND flash (4GB eMMC flash is optional). The boards carry out peripheral signals and IOs through a 1mm-pitch, 140-pin stamp hole expansion interface, enabling extension into embedded designs. The modules are ready to run Linux and support an industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
