MP4571 High-Efficiency Synchronous Buck Converters Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4571 Synchronous Buck Converters are a high-efficiency, 1A, 60V, fully integrated, fixed frequency, synchronous step-down converter. The converters offer up 1A of continuous output current with peak current control for an excellent transient response. The series features a wide 4.5V to 60V input voltage range and a 2μA shutdown mode quiescent current. The MP4571 is available in a 12-pin QFN package and integrates internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs for high efficiency without the need for an external Schottky diode.
