XC9281 & XC9282 DC-DC Converters Torex Semiconductor XC9281/XC9282 600mA DC-DC Converters adopt HiSAT-COT® control, making them ideal for equipment requiring miniaturization and battery-powered equipment. The 4MHz synchronous rectification converters can be used in wearable devices, portable game consoles, and wireless audio devices. Torex Semiconductor XC9281/XC9282 devices are compatible with 0.6mm x 0.3mm ceramic capacitors as input and output capacitors. HiSAT-COT (High-Speed Circuit Architecture for Transient with Constant On Time) is a proprietary high-speed transient response technology for DC-DC converters. The Torex-developed technology makes it possible to minimize the fluctuation of the output voltage for a load transient condition. This feature is optimal for applications requiring a fast response and output voltage stability for an instantaneous load fluctuation such as Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).
