FAN53527 Switching Voltage Regulator onsemi FAN53527 Switching Voltage Regulator is a step-down switching voltage regulator with 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage supply range. This FAN53527 regulator implements a proprietary architecture with synchronous rectification that makes the regulator deliver 3A continuous at over 80% efficiency. The regulator is programmed through an I2C interface or operated in stand-alone mode with pin controls for enable, output voltage, and auto-PFM or forced PWM operation. This switching voltage regulator is available in a 15-bump, 1.310mm × 2.015mm × 0.4mm ball pitch, and Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Package (WLCSP).
