R1245K Step-Down DC/DC Converters Nisshinbo R1245K Step-Down DC/DC Converters feature an internal N-channel high-side transistor. These DC/DC converters can operate from 4.5V to 30V and can provide up to 1.2A of current. The R1245K DC/DC converters feature thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and latch/ foldback short protection. Typical applications are digital home appliances, printers, faxes, cameras, and other high voltage battery-powered equipment. R1245K is free from lead and halogen and it is available in DFN(PLP)2020-8 package.
