TPSM365R1x Synchronous Buck Converters Texas Instruments TPSM365R1x Synchronous Buck Converters are 65V, 100mA, and 150mA step-down DC/DC power modules with ultra-low operating IQ of 4μA at no load (24VIN to 3.3VOUT). These converters combine power MOSFETs, integrated inductor, and boot capacitor in a compact, easy-to-use 3.5mm × 4.5mm × 2mm, 11-pin QFN package. The proprietary small HotRod™ QFN package technology enhances the thermal performance and results in low EMI. The TPSM365R1x buck converters support fixed 3.3V and 5V outputs, in addition to adjustable output voltages spanning from 1V to 16V.
