KTB8371 Synchronous Buck Regulators Kinetic Technologies KTB8371 Synchronous Buck Regulators are 5A, 17V buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side power FETs available in 20-bump WLCSP20 packages. These regulators feature an I²C control interface and operate over a wide 4.7V to 17V input voltage range. The KTB8371 regulators incorporate proprietary advanced Adaptive On-Time (AOT) control for fast transient responses and high output voltage accuracy. This helps eliminate the need for an external loop compensation network and allows the use of ceramic output capacitors without ripple-generating circuitry. These devices offer a fast transient response and an internal soft-start function to limit inrush current during start-up.
