Description
SiC45x microBuck® DC-DC Converters Vishay SiC45x microBuck® DC-DC Converters are PMBus 1.3-compliant, non-isolated DC-DC buck regulators with integrated MOSFETs. The SiC45x are capable of supplying up to 40A (SiC450), 25A (SiC451), 15A (SiC453), and 12A (SiC454) continuous output current. The output voltage of these devices is digitally adjustable from 0.3V to 12V from a 4.5V to 20.0V input with switching frequencies up to 1.5MHz.
