    Description
    MPM Power Modules Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM Power Modules are available in single- or dual-channel and provide integrated DC-DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily available standard external components, simplifying power system design. The modules also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to compact QFN and LGA packages. MPS MPM Power Modules are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.
