MPQ3522 Synchronous Step-Down Converters Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ3522 Synchronous Step-Down Converters provide up to 2A of highly efficient output current (IOUT) with peak current mode control. These synchronous converters offer a 350kHz to 2.5MHz configurable frequency range with an integrated, internal high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET). The MPQ3522 converters operate from 3.3V to 20V input voltage (VIN) range. These converters offer 1μA shutdown current that allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. The MPQ3522 converters achieve high power conversion efficiency across a wide load range by scaling down the switching frequency (fSW) under light-load conditions.
