MAX17227J nanoPower Boost Converter Analog Devices MAX17227J nanoPower Boost Converter is an ultra-low IQ (350nA) synchronous step-up converter optimized for battery-powered systems requiring long battery running time, high efficiency across a wide load range, and small solution size. This device can operate across a wide 0.4V to 5.5V input voltage range. The output voltage is programmed in the 2.3V to 5.2V range, with 100mV resolution using a single resistor connected from the RSEL pin to the ground. A preprogrammed 5.4V output voltage is also available, however, the device does not support ultra-low-power mode (ULPM) when the target output voltage is 5.4V.
