NCP81239 4-Switch Buck-Boost Controller onsemi NCP81239 4-Switch Buck-Boost Controller is designed for converting battery or adapter voltage into supply rails. The NCP81239 controller is fully compliant with the USB Power Delivery Specification when used in collaboration with a USB PD or C−Type Interface Controller. The USB Power Delivery (PD) Controller drives 4 NMOSFET switches which buck or boost and provide role swap function. The role swap function is specified in the USB Power Delivery Specification, which is excellent for all USB PD applications. The buck-boost controller has an operating supply and load range of 4.5V to 28V. The NCP81239 is developed for applications requiring dynamically-controlled slew-rate-limited output voltage.
