Hot forging of the screw preserves the continuity of the fibers, which ensures better quality of the screw, which is finally heat-treated to class 8.8, - the ears are made in accordance with the technical requirements of DIN 82101, - the yokes are made of ductile cast iron, which makes them resistant to compression, bending and have good resistance to mechanical loads, - chains are made according to the PN-75/M-84543 standard, subjected to breaking tests: Ursus C-330 links with a thickness of 10mm - 40kN (4000kg), Ursus C- 360 cells with a thickness of 13mm - 63kN (6300kg.
