    Description
    R3121N Voltage Detectors Nisshinbo R3121N Voltage Detectors are 36V maximum input voltage detectors with a release delay function for automotive applications. Nisshinbo R3121N Voltage Detectors perform highly accurate voltage detection with ±1.5% detector threshold accuracy at Ta = +25°C. The voltage detectors offer selectable options of VDD pin detection, SENSE pin detection, and VDD pin detection without hysteresis. These voltage detectors adjust the release delay time (Power-on Reset time) by connecting external capacitors and reducing the mounting area using a SOT-23-6 package.
