    Description
    R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors Nisshinbo R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors are CMOS-based input voltage detector ICs designed to detect up to 12V without a divider resistor, making the devices ideal for digital home appliances. The R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors are offered in a variant with a CD pin for setting output delay and a variant with a SENSE pin. The R3119 provides a 3.3μA supply current and a fixed detector threshold, which can be set with a 0.1V step across a 2.3V to 12.0V range. This device features a 1.5% detector threshold accuracy. The output type is N-channel, Open-Drain type.
