The BD5250G-1TR IC features Nano Energy™, ±30% time delay accuracy, 270nA typical ultra-low current consumption, and 70mA output current. This detector IC is available in the SSOP5 package and 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm dimensions. The BD5250G-1TR IC is used in consumer devices that require voltage detection.
