Application:

The fitting used in production hydraulic hoses, has a wide range of applications in agriculture, industry and forestry. Designed to be attached to all hoses from our offer:

Agriflex, Semperit, Stomil from the DN19 (20) group with single and double braiding. Fits sleeves from the DN19 (20) group with the marking 1SN and 2SN.

Technical data:

Straight fitting, tip with external metric thread 30x2, light version with 24° cone. Manufactured according to standards: PN-65/M 73140, PN-65/M-73141, DIN 3901, DIN 3902.

Standard coating of our elements for the production of cables:

Electrolytic protective coating ZN alkaline - minimum thickness 8µm Type A chromate passivation, chromium (VI) free in accordance with DIN EN 15205. Thanks to the technology used, all our crimping elements have excellent protection against difficult weather conditions, ensuring durability and long service life.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to 100°C

Recommended hydraulic hose: DN19 (20) 1SN, DN19 (20 ) 2SN or other with an internal diameter of 19-20mm
