PRODUCTION PROCESS

TREBL rims are manufactured in two modern, computerized plants. Only the highest quality raw materials are used for production. One of the main suppliers is the global metallurgical giant Baosteel Group. All paints and working materials used in production are tested in the plant's certified chemical laboratory. Verified for compliance with precise, high-quality coating parameters strictly defined in regulatory and technical documentation. Thanks to treatment with a special anti-corrosion preparation combined with a polymer coating, TREBL rims are protected against corrosion and permanently retain their original appearance. During the production process, specialized and automated machines check the tightness of the rim's butt weld, while also checking for possible axial and radial runout. These mechanisms have been built into production lines to immediately detect all faults and automatically exclude products with deviations.
