StahlRäder steel rims are a line of steel rims patented under the company's own brand and manufactured in the Russian Federation by the YST production group.

NOTE: We would like to inform you that the production was ordered before the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. It was no longer possible to cancel production. We have currently stopped cooperation with companies from Russia.

The rims are engraved with the name and production date. You do not buy goods that have been stored in unsuitable conditions for years. SDT StahlRader are packed in thick cardboard boxes with the manufacturer's logo. Rims with a similar name have nothing to do with our brand. StahlRäder steel rims are characterized by high quality workmanship. Thanks to the use of an electrostatic painting method (powder coating), the rims easily passed tests performed in a salt chamber reflecting difficult weather and road conditions.

Powder coating – involves applying electrified particles of powder paint to the conductive surface of metal. The painted elements are heated to a temperature of 140-200°C, as a result of which the powder melts and polymerizes. The obtained paint coating is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, high temperature and mechanical damage. The production process of rims ends with a series of tests. Tests are carried out for each rim on an automated line:

extensibility,

radial runout (permissible deviations are up to 1.2mm) and dynamic balancing,

corrosion resistance,

an X-ray diagnosis is made of the integrity of the structure and the absence of micro-cracks.

Rims are tested for strength under load. Leakage is checked for 100% of production. The paint coating is also assessed. Only rims that have passed all of the above-mentioned requirements are placed on the market. tests.

Check the received goods Please check whether the rims fit the car, do not have any deviations, do not rub against suspension elements and do not protrude beyond the wheel arch before mounting the tires! The rims should be tried on both axles of the vehicle. Please inform the qualified technician who will be installing your tires to perform these steps first. Installing tires is not necessary to perform the above activity, it will even prevent proper diagnosis of the product.
