These LEDs feature InGaN on Sapphire chip technology, 120° typical radiation, and 1B corrosion robustness class. The side view LEDs operate from -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range and offer up to 3750mcd luminous intensity depending on the forward current (IF). These LEDs offer a low package height and are used in applications in limited space environments such as TV and backlighting in the monitor. The Micro SIDELED 3806 LEDs are 14% brighter than their predecessor and offer an attractive price/performance ratio.
