Stainless steel elbow, diameter 76.1 mm, 30°

The elbow is made of stainless steel, AISI 304, bending radius CLR 152 mm, made on a mandrel bending machine, from a straight section of pipe with a seam, diameter 76.1 mm, length 460 mm, wall thickness 1.6mm. Elbows can be used to build exhaust systems, standard bending angles are every 15 degrees. Illustrative photos, length tolerances (+ -) 2 mm.

Perfect for exhaust systems in trucks, agricultural tractors and other working machines. They can be used to replace the DPF filter.

We can make any bending angles for particular diameters upon request.

Most of the work we perform requires the use of pipes, both stainless steel and aluminum, or chrome-molybdenum steel. A mandrel bender is necessary to bend the pipe, especially in the hard 316 grade to a small radius of 1.5 D. We are equipped with a bending machine that allows bending a pipe with a maximum diameter of 90 mm. A big advantage is the ability to bend thin-walled pipes with a wall of 1.2
